1)  Pre-tournament volunteers (March - June)
If you're thinking you can't volunteer because you're going to compete in the tournament, think again. 

Event Promotion

• We need people to canvas companies about sponsoring this tournament.

• Canvasing and collecting for prizes, gift bags and product discounts.  

• Plus we need to contact various media sources and let them know about this event.

• There are lawn signs that need to be distributed throughout London.  

• We also need people to attend prominent outdoor events handing out leaflets  promoting this event.  

Event Planning  

• Do you have organizational or event planning experience. 

• We need a planning commitee to make sure everything is covered.

• We're looking to have 250 to 300 people attend this event.  We need to have all our bases covered.  From recruting volunteers in April to packing everything up at the end of the day in July.

1)  Tournament volunteers
So you're not up to play DodgeBall.  Well don't consider yourself out.  
We need you and a few more just like you.
 
Game Officials

• Do you have referee or officiating experience.  We need officials, we want you.  We also need additional Officials for covering breaks and lunches.

• Our officials will be giving hands on intruction and training on a set date previous to the Tournament.

Score Keepers

• We also need score keepers.  No previous experience necessary.  You simply need to be attentive and organized.

Set up and Tear down

• This will require a number of individuals for only a couple of hours.  You will be the first at the venue.  You'll need to ready to go at 6:45 am to begin the venue setup.

• We also need people at the start of the day to help with the setup of the courts, canopies, banners and fencing.

• During the tounament you would then help with the registration, confirming teams and waivers, gift bag distribution and then take the roll of Official, Score Keeper, Ball Retriever or you can even enter a team in the Tournament.  At the end of the Tournament you would assist with the removal of the courts, canopies, banners and fencing.

• We're looking for a videographer to video some of the action.
